If an order arrives damaged, contact Patricia@theoakstreetco.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Oak Street Company, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked delivered by the carrier. 

All products are handmade; natural variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.

Candles must be used responsibly and according to standard candle safety practices. Oak Street Company, LLC is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper use.

Body care products are for external use only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual sensitivities may occur; review ingredients and perform a patch test before use. Oak Street Company, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions.
