The Oak Street Co. offers curated wholesale partnerships for retail shops, as well as bulk candle orders for special events and large-scale gifting. All candles are produced in small batches to preserve quality, consistency, and care.

Wholesale Inquiries (Retail Partners)
Our wholesale program is designed for brick-and-mortar boutiques, concept shops, and select online retailers looking to stock Oak Street candles. We prioritize intentional partnerships and collaborate with retailers whose aesthetic and values align with our brand.
Bulk & Event Orders (Non-Retail)
Bulk orders are designed for customers who love The Oak Street Co. and want to share it at scale—without reselling—for personal and professional occasions such as weddings, baby and bridal showers, corporate gifting, client appreciation, and other meaningful celebrations.
Both Bulk & Wholesale orders may include:
• Core Oak Street Co. candle scents
• Select vessel styles and finishes
• Custom labeling options (available on a case-by-case basis)
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply
Production Timelines:
Because all candles are made in small batches, advance notice is required:
• 90 days’ notice — ideal
• 60 days’ notice — standard
• 30 days’ notice — considered a rush order and may incur additional fees

• All pricing, scents, vessel styles, and colors are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation
• Requests submitted with less than 30 days’ notice may not be accepted or may be subject to an additional rush processing fee
• Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or acceptance
• Turnaround time depends on order size, level customization, and current production volume
• Final pricing is provided after review of order details and production capacity
• Payment terms, deposits, and production timelines will be outlined upon approval
• Orders are not confirmed until invoiced and payment terms are met
• Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, finish, and scent throw may occur
• All sales are final once production has begun
